switching to an alkaline diet one can adjust body pH within a few
I experienced this in 2007 without prior knowledge or
experience. This was possible by
monitoring diet and hydration closely. It included omitting non
alkaline food and drinks while consuming alkaline
friendly food and drink.
Specifically, I drank Alkaline Water 5-7 glasses a day omitting all other drinks. Juices are highly acidic or high in fructose. I omitted both in order to adjust my body pH from highly acidic
to alkaline within a couple weeks.
Animal proteins, sugars , unsaturated oils or fried and fatty foods were avoided altogether for a few weeks while quickly bringing the body back to an alkaline ph. ( Note, mentioned " back to " .
Most infants and children naturally have an alkaline body ph. My own was probably acidic for many years when adjusting it back to an alkaline pH within days. Details can be found in Saying No to Cancer
Adjusting one's liquid and diet in-take can bring about very rapid pH changes in the body. Once the body adjusts back to a healthy alkaline range it is less difficult to keep it in the range.
Splurging occasionally, eating ones favorites, is not a problem if proper nutrition and hydration is maintained.
Alkaline Diet for Meat Eaters
Remember what we drink is as important and what one eats in adjusting or maintaining an ph .
Testing ones pH level is highly recommended, daily or weekly and litmus papers including lifetime
free refills are available here: litmus papers. Teach your children how to check pH.
Alkaline Water, Green Tea , Herbal tea , ( Unlimited )
Sweetener: Stevia , a natural sweetener that doesn't spike glucose levels.
Coffee: may be included in maintenance diets, 2 cups a day , ( is omitted when adjusting ph to alkaline )
Cocoa: may be included to 2 cups a day when made with natural cocoa and stevia.
Fruit juices: limit 1 glass a day as a substitute to all fruit intake.
( Natural fruit is far healthier including pulp. )
Eating Plan Example for Rapid Alkaline Body pH Adjustment
Avoid boxed processed cereals with additives
Bran Flakes, Cream of Wheat, Oats, Greek Yogurt,
Egg Whites ( no Yolks)
1 Whole or Diced Fruit may be eaten daily with or in cereal
Green Salad with beans and or nuts 1 tablespoon almonds or walnut's.
Dressing, olive oil , (t tables.) and balsamic vinegar to taste
Steamed Vegetables, Lean Chicken Breast, Turkey Bacon, Fresh white fish or salmon , frozen unbreaded, Steamed, Broiled or Baked
Dinner : Lean Chicken Breast, Turkey Bacon, fresh white fish or salmon, frozen unbreaded, Steamed, Broiled or Baked , Leafy Greens
Meat Eater or Vegetarian Protein Substitute
The Budwig Oxyginated Protein source supplies sufficient healthy fat and protein , to avoid or gain weight as needed. Consuming 2 portions a day in substitute for poultry, meats or fish is an effective substitute.
1/4 cup low fat yogurt or cottage cheese
6-8 tablespoons of Fresh Cold pressed Flax Seed Oil
Ingredients are whipped together for 3 Min. than consumed within 10 min. for complete protein source. After that it's digested as fat. So it's imperative to be mixed and eaten within 10 min. prior to consuming other foods.
